After a short break of six years Sidereal Sounds are back, this time at Sound of Mu, Markveien 58, Oslo.

The first confirmed dates in 2007 are January 31 and February 27.

Hosts and resident deejays Bjørn Kjetil Johansen and Petter Flaten Eilertsen present an eclectic selection from their respective record collections. A nice mix of rock, country, noise, drones, folk, prog, metal, jazz, pop, blues, electronica and other music.

Sidereal Sounds was one of the regular club concepts at the legendary Oslo venue So What! from 1996 until 2000, with release parties for The Aphex Twin and Squarepusher and support jobs for Low, Spiritualized, Tortoise, Yo La Tengo and others.
